David Wooster
|
| Information |
David Wooster was a Fellow of the Royal Horticultural Society and Assistant Secretary to the Royal Commission on scientific instruction and advancement of science. This print is from an interesting work by Wooster that was produced at a time when efforts were being made to restore to popular favour the beautiful, compact alpine flowers which are mostly natives of mountainous areas.
