These genuine antique prints are from Pantologia by John Mason Good (1764-1827).
He was an English physician and writer on widespread medical, religious and classical subjects. The British National Dictionary of Biography says "No man could be more conscientious or industrious than Good. He had a striking power of acquiring knowledge and of arranging it in an orderly fashion." He created a wonderful encylopedia entitled Pantologia in 1806. It was superbly illustrated by well known botanical and natural history artists, many of the illustrations were by Sydenham Edwards well known for his botanical illustrations, classical garden designs and his design of the Crystal Palace in London. The illustrations were made by engraving and beautifully finished with hand painted coloring.
