Gloucestershire - the principal seat of the Dukes of Beaufort since the late 17th century. The house gives its name to the sport of badminton.

This original antique lithograph of a British stately home was made in the 1880s by Alexander Francis Lydon. Lydon was a renowned perfectionist. He was expert at creating beautifully coloured prints. He worked for Benjamin Fawcett the printer. He collaborated on his prints of stately homes with Reverend Francis Orpen Morris
