This first edition original antique lithograph was made in 1824 by Karl Joseph Brodtmann, the renowned Swiss naturalist and lithographer. Brodtmann's lithographs are detailed, accurately drawn and beautifully composed. This lithograph was made in the 1820s with high quality, thick, matt paper with a subtle creamy tone and slight texture. It has hand painted colors and is in excellent condition.
