This was a fascinating work featuring maps of Europe and Asia throughout history, together with high quality tinted lithographs of important historical events and people. Houze was a notable member of the Geographical Society of France. This is an authentic antique lithograph, not a reproduction. It was made in 1850 and is in excellent condition.
