This engraving is is over 185 years old and is from work by Dr John Godman, the notable American naturalist and physician. It was made in 1828 and is an antique, not a reproduction. Godman's work illustrated many of the best known mammals of North America. It is an engraving with hand painted coloring and is in excellent condition.
