This high quality antique engraving about the animal kingdom is by Traugott Bromme, a German traveller who led an exciting life. Bromme published books, prints and maps on his travels and the natural history of the world. This is a genuine antique with original hand painted coloring and was made in the 1860's. It is in excellent condition.
