Richard Kearton (1862-1928) was a British naturalist and together with his brother, was one of the world's earliest wildlife photographers. They became famous as pioneers of wildlife photography with images of birds' eggs and nests.
Richard became a sought-after public speaker, illustrating his nature talks with lantern slides.He was passionate about natural history and authored several works containing beautiful lithographs.
