Sir Henry Englefield (1752 - 1822) was an English antiquary, scientist and Fellow of the Royal Society and the Society of Antiquaries.
He was a passionate collector of ancient Etruscan vases. The wealthy Etruscan civilization (800 BC - 264 BC) made beautiful painted vases influenced by Greek art.
He employed Henry Moses to draw famous collection of vases and make engravings.
