This antique engraving was made in 1833 by Francis Goodwin, an English architect. It is from his work "Domestic Architecture...Being a series of designs for Mansions, Villas, Rectory Houses...Lodges etc In the Grecian, Italian and Old English Style of Architecture". His elegant designs were presented as engraved prints showing views of the houses with their floor plans. As befits an architect with great attention to detail, these hand colored engravings are top quality.
