This large 1930 vintage lithograph is by William Rickatson Dykes. William Dykes was an English amateur botanist who was Secretary of the Royal Horticultural Society and a fellow of the Linnean Society of London.His wife was Elsie Katherine Dykes. She was an excellent gardener and botanical artist. She painted the illustrations of tulips for Dykes.
This paper is mid-weight creamy white, image on one side, blank on the reverse side. The condition is excellent.
